Our refund/replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any opened or broken bottles are not eligible for returns.
Situations eligible for refund or replacement:
– you received the wrong product.
– you received a product that was damaged or broken upon arrival.
To replace or refund your item, please fill out our refund/ replacement form with your order # and the date of your purchase mentioned within the appropriate fields in the refund form. Please provide a picture of the product you are asking for a replacement for or asking for a refund for whether the product is broken or damaged or not, as well as a nice detailed description of why you are asking for a refund or replacement.
You can expect us to review and reply to all forms within 24 hours, allowing for 48 hours over holidays and weekends. Any broken or damaged orders we will replace.
If you receive the wrong item, don’t worry about returning it, take a picture confirming what you did receive, and we will make up for it by sending out the correct order.
cancel your subscription at any time by filling out the contact form requesting a cancelation of your subscription 5 days before your billing cycle reoccurs. Or login to your account on the retail website and cancel 5 days before. To ensure time for processing.
